can someone please tell me how to program a freedom 500 alarm remote controll? its made by omega so im pretty sure they are all programed the same way (Excalibur, K9,Crimeguard,Executive) also there is a switch on the remote that turns the remote LED red or green can some one tell me what this does.?

You can go to www.caralarm.com, that´s omega´s car alarm web page. The color of the leds are for differents brain modules, that means you only have to buy another brain without the remotes and you can use it with your remotes...
green: controls your brain module
red: controls the other brain module
or visceversa...
