I wanted to get this last minute install done of this 2003 Saturn L200 tomorrow and i dont have immediate access to a bypass. My local is all out and Bypasskit.com I am pretty sure only does overnight shipping on business days (not Saturday). I have bypassed Passlock II systems with a relay and a resistor before, but I have never installed on a Saturn. How do I bypass this passlock without s module? I have an old dipswitch passlock I, II and Vats bypass module, so I could use that if i knew it would work. Other wise I have no problem using a relay and trimpot anyone knows how to do it.
Thanks.

i assume that it is a pass lock 2 systems.  If it is then you can use a relay and the correct resistor in place of the 555L.  What you need to do is find the correct to wires usually on chevy trucks its yellow or black and ORANGE / black, but i'm not sure in your case.  cut one  of the wires and strip back both ends.  tap into the other wire and meter for resistance between the two wires on the key side.  Make sure to slowly turn the igntion and if you do it right you'll get the resistance, but the car will not try and start.  IF the car starts you'll have to wait about 15 mins because the theft will comes on.  Once you have your resistance take your relay and connect 30 to the BCM side of your cut wire, 87a to the key side of your cut wire, 87 to your other wire (the one tapped before) through the correct resistance.  86 to 12v constant and 85 to your status wire on the alarm.  It sounds a little confusing, but I'm in class and have no access to information/ paint so that I can draw it out.  I hope this helps.

I was able to get some info for you.  The two wire colors are yellow and ORANGE / black and it is a passlock 2 systems.  these wires should have a RED / white next to them you don't use it but it may make it easier to find the wires.  So cut the yellow in half, use the key and check resistance between yellow (key side) and ORANGE / black,  use that resistance and wire up the relay as above.
