Hi, guys need your help here. I'm looking for dual 4ohm subwoofer for sq setup for my friend he is only interesed in 4 brands the are: Mtx 9500, Infinity Kappa Perfect, Eclipse and Alpine X series can you help me out which one to choose from these 4 subs, cause I personaly heard only kappa perfect...please help me

He's listing very different subwoofers. How much power does he want to drive them with? Does he listen very loud?

If he just wants a nice bottom end that is easy to drive I'd go with the Infinity.

he got hifonics brutus 1500d(he wants sub wire for 2ohm option), and yes he wants deep sq bass on high volume

They Eclipse would be my first choice. The Infinity would be my second and the Type X is not on my list, but I guess I have ranted about them enough.

I just got rid of one and IMO NO!! Only if all you listen to is super low bass cds and you want to feed way more power than another speaker would need to acheive a respectable volume.

For good lows at high volumes with that much power, go with the Eclipse.

For good lows at adaquate volumes with substantuially less power, go with the Infinity.

I know nothing about the other two amps.

the mtx is more a more spl worthy sub in my opinion. eclipse all the way
