Velocity motors has your solution the body control module on the car sends a pulse to check the door pin status thus falsing your aftk. alarm. The doides are to seperate the cars door pins from one another and the relay to receive the voltage change when the bcm is about to shut down thus not falsing your aftk. alarm.

Thanks Jeff, KarTune, and Nava....if I'm reading this right if I diode isolate the wires from the bcm and the triggers to the alarm, my alarm will stop falsing and I can get rid of the noisy relay?

its really easy to find the wires under the driver side rear sill panel instead of going to the bcm in the back behind the seat.  all 4 are there and there is only about 15-20 wires to sort through.
