In the final stage of fitting my Scorpion 1015t alarm..my car a fiesta needs a couple of amps apparently to throw the door locks so i have bought a maplins cdl interface.

only problem is:

the interface has one wire input to both lock and unlock.

alarm module has two seperate wires for the negative pulse output,

one wire to lock and one wire to unlock.

do i join the two alarm wires together or will something go bang!!

i thought i might try to put boths wires through a blocking diode then join together...what you think??? or is there a better way of doing it??

have got the wiring diagram and was told i could use 2 relays but got a good deal on the interface from Maplins

Might have to get a refund then and get 2 relays...do i just need normal single relays and how about the negative pulse to them??

Hmmm just been looking at the 3 wire positive relay set up https://www.the12volt.com/doorlocks/page3.asp

i guess i need 2 of them spdt relays ??
