Hello, I have a 97 Grand Am and I'm installing a remote start and keyless entry.
I only have the following wire to hook up. GREEN WIRE: Negative Door Input (-). Connect to the door switch circuit wire that shows ground when the door is open.
I can not find a door switch on the car and the dome light is activated when the door open or shut. It probably has to do with completing he ground.
I have a few diagrams, is this the Door trigger wire? If not any help on locating the right wire would be appreciated.
Thanks

*** DOOR TRIGGER grn/blk, lt.blue *2 - drivers kick-pass kick****
*2 You must diode isolate these wires
What type of diode? Is that 2 lt.blue and a grn/blk and does only the lt.blue get diode isolated?
