I have a 1994 cadilac elderado but the engine is a 1999 and the checkengine light stays on I need to know if there is a way the I could selfdiagnose this problem or is there a web I could go to find trouble codes without ascan tool or code reader buy using ajump wire on the ecm plug?

go to autozone they will check for free.
