Another question on the LS.... I have an 03 with the audiophile system, rear deck speakers, 6 disk, etc.  I am hooking up an amp and a sub, wanted to know if i should hook up an LOC before or after the rear speaker's (factory) amp.  Thanks

The rear speakers are subs.  The signal to the amp is line-level and is crossed over inside the HU.  If you want to add additional subs, use an LOC after the amp.
