Ok, I own a 2005 scion tC. It has auto up and down features, tied to the ignition. I don't care if the car has to be on in order for me to be able to operate the the windows via my remote. I'm interested in knowing if this has been attempted before (doing this without a window module) or if it is not possible. Sounds like it could be.
Ok here's my test diagram. I appologize for any crudeness to it, just a quick markup with mspaint.
I am not sure if the auto up/down feature is a negative trigger or a positive. I'm guessing it's a positive trigger. If not I can always make the necessary adjustments, I know what/how to do what I need to do, but never attempted this specific act before.
My questions are as follows: Would the diodes be necessary in any or all of the rough draft?
