Driver's Door Priority

Has anyone tried hooking up driver's door priority in a 2002 Chev Impala??? THe actuators rest at 6V and when I apply 12V to the tan wire for the drivers unlock actuator, nothin happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

•  *2 Lock and unlock use the same wire. Lock requires a negative trigger with a 470 ohm resistor in-line. Unlock is negative trigger. Must use relays.   
•  *3 The BCM is located above the brake pedal. It is a plastic box with three plugs that face the firewall.

Yes i have the general door locks hooked up that way and they work fine. Lock and unlock will lock and unlock all the doors. But my starter has an option to first unlock the drivers door, then with another button press unlock all the doors. So the wires for the actual actuators there are 3. One grey wire is the lock wire for all the actuators, and there are 2 tan wires. One Tan for drivers door unlock, and the other tan for the 3 doors. All i Know is that the drivers tan wire alwyas rests at 6V. When the lock command is given it drops to 0V and when the unlock comman is given it has 12V. Normal actuators you either apply + to one side and - to the other to lock and reverse it to unlock. So these ones actually have me stuumped. I will try figure it out and might just give up on the drivers door.

Also just wondering if anyone heard of the BCM sending faint pulses down wires like the door triggers that could randomly set of an alarm. Thats what someone told me, just wanting to confirm.
