i want to add on some aftermarket amps to the factory headunit. The vehicle has the harmon kardon system in it. Does anybody know the wiring colors back at the factory amp so i can bypass the factory amp and take a signal directly from the headunit into a lineout converter?

i dont remember the wire colours, but on my 2000 E55 the middle plug (top to bottom) had the speaker connections on it, but that plug went to the Bose amp in the rear....  if the HK system is similar you will probably have to put your LOC at the output of the amp, not the HU.....
