? for installer of remote start

so i spook with C S for like an hour today.Trying to figure out why the starter output wire does not get out when remote started.Unplugged all harnessess that may cause problem,then dissconnected the plxr harness still no had me cut the starter output close to the C S brain to see if feedback was a problem and dissconnect the neg out of C S brain all and all no startrt output during remote start.I am geting at wits end.I sent this out a week ago to C S (crimestopper) for the same problem they said it tested fine and works.Not sure what is upso i need to try to set up a full bench test.Any input helps.colorado tap the rockies

If you know the PLXR is working and Powers Up if you Ground the Activation Wire..........Have C S REPLACE the Unit.........MO
