The remote starter is  2 ways pager cs 2009 FM which is installed in Mercury villager 2001.

Everything is working fine ( doors, lights...) but cannot make the engine running. the engine cranks but doest start running.

I doubted that this is a anti-theft purpose, but I did hook the wire to disable the Factory alarm. I hooked up this wire to the Unlock wire that come from the driver side (the unlock wire with the key from exterior). and I still wonder if this is the right way.

I wan to know How and where to disable the Factory alarm system.

can anybody help Please...

Any help, ideas or suggestions will be very appreciated.

The factory alarm should arm with lock and disarm with unlock.  As far the remote starter not cranking the vehicle, it may have an immobilizer such as PATS on it.  If so, you will need to hook up a bypass unit.  If the vehicle is not running, try and put the key in the ignition and activate the remote start and see if it works then.

First, I would like to Thank you for many efforts that you give. the vehicle wire colors will certainly help me out. First when I started working on my minivan I found that the color wires from the Ignition key cylinder to the connector did not match to the schematic (see below) that I have but they do match to what you post in here. Infact I have tried to copy and paste the schematic along with my message but It doesn't work. And here one more time I insert the picture of both(cs2009 and schematic) and would you please to give me one more time about the correct hook up instruction:
