Push button t control relays

I would like to make a circuit that uses a pushbutton to act as a spdt switch. I want to make it where its normaly off, i push the button once and it flips to one way, i push it again and it flips the other way, and i push it again and it turns off. I have about 20  spdt 12 volt relays so the circuit can be as big as it needs to be.  Any help would be great!

It's not clear as to what exactly you want.    If you are using SPDT relays,   The contacts are either NC or NO are you just wanting to toggle between the two positions everytime you press the switch?   When you say, "flips to one way, i push it again and it flips the other way, and i push it again and it turns off"  I take it you mean the relay is energized,  not energized and then again not energized?

Hey Ben,

I just want to be sure I fully understand.  You want to control two relays with one pushbotton that would cycle from realay  "A"  to  "B"  to  "all off"  each time you press the momentary pushbutton.  Is this so?

Ok , you want to push a button and turn on relay#1, push the button the second time and relay#1turns off and relay#2 turns on. On the third press you want both relays to be off. Is that correct? What about input and output polarity?

I have a diagram that takes a negative momentary button and will give positive outputs on relay #1 and #2. This will require 8 relays. If want both to be negative outputs, then i would have to do some minor modification to the diagram.

You could just buy a latching relay. A negative (or positive) pulse triggers the relay to latch on or off. Whole lot simpler than a dozen relays and 10 miles of wire.
