If its that tight then run a new harness and two new grommets. Get some Door Jam Wire Boots the diameter you need and the correct size grommets to go with it. An good reputible audio stor can order them for you. For example: Micro part numbers: ele-4301-70-011 $3.23ea, Loomdl $0.33ea, ele505010099 $3.23ea. Why waist the time with your factorys when you can be done fast and have room for improvement latter, lots af space in a new loom.
