What difference would a capacitor make in my stereo system?
It seems pretty accomplished but really im just starting out with this whole thing. I had money to burn so i made some purchases and am now wondering if they were good enough.
I usally use the system at parties instead of a home stereo unit. especially outdoor parties. So would a capacitor make a noticable difference?

If you have a LOT of money to burn, a high-amperage AC-DC converter would make more sense for those home parties...you won't have to burn up gas idling the car.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

Thanks guys. I posted on a few RX& forums as well and an alternator is definitly firsy step. RX7's only have 35 amp alternator. So im moving up to a dual 75 amp setup. then i might consider a capacitor

Capacitors are many times a good solution for certain systems.

Take mine for example... I have dual yellow tops... a 210 amp HOA and could still use some more juice/power.  Now if I didn't have the money or the desire for a dual alt setup or feel like figuring out where to stash another YT or feel like throwing down the $$$ for that YT, then a good alternative would be a capacitor.
