All Compustar systems are manual safe.

Who Carries them?  Would it be easy to hook up to a 2003 Blaze? Or would I be better off having it done somewhere?

Compustar, Ultrastarter, Astroflex. If you have never done a R/S don't learn by doing one on a manual trans......

Agreed. I think in Europe you have to have have it installed to code if I'm not mistaken. Regardless, it's not an easy installation for a first timer to take on.

The main things that you have to connect aside from the normal ignition wires is the parking brake wire, clutch bypass wire and door trigger wires.
