If you manage to obtain all the wiring for a Viper 791xv, relay pack and all, can you change the 790 to the later model?

If you have all the wires you should be able to make it work. I have a 790xv but use the newer 791xv remotes. What's he reason for changing the brain?

So did you find a used brain and have extra wiring for 791 and want to make that work. I would think it should go in fine. Only difference is the satellite relays will now be the smaller module but should work the same.

I have a 790 never been used, just happen to come across the wiring for the 791. So I can do away with the big satelite relays.
