Hi, I have a problem.  I installed the  Matrix 3.5 and am having some problems.

1.  When I remote start the car, the A/C does not come on, only the fan.  I want the A/C to work when I remote start the car

2. When I remote start the car, the starter motor keeps spinning. Until I put the key in and turn it to the on position. I connected the tach wire.  The starter motor just recently started spinning.

3. When I arm the car, it shows that my door is open.  I put two diodes on for the door pins.

4. My alarm goes off the first 30mins after I engage the alarm. After that it's okay.

5. I can engage my alarm after I start my car/ driving my car.

That's it for now.  If you professionals can help me I will greatly appriciate it.  Thanks

(2) try reprogramming tach, maybe it lost programming for some odd reason

other than that I can't really help you, unless you can describe how you wired up the system

I wired exactly the way the wire diagram described.

I believe the mustang has a sleeping bcm, that would be why the alar m is going off after about 20 to 30min you need to isolate the door pins either by a relay or double dioding each door pin.  It also sounds like you don't have the proper ignition, most alarms need to see that and you remote start definetly needs that(probably why your ac or heat is not working) Just in case you didn't see this

12 VOLTS yellow & lt. grn/pur+ignition harness
STARTER 1 WHITE/ pink+ignition harness
STARTER 2
IGNITION 1 RED / lt. green+ignition harness
IGNITION 2 gray / YELLOW+ignition harness
IGNITION 3
ACCESSORY 1 BLACK/ lt. green+ignition harness
ACCESSORY 2 RED / black+ignition harness

Let me know how that works

Thanks for the posts.  What does "double dioding" mean? Do you mean like on DEI door pin diagram?

I haven't seen the dei diagram but you just put  one end to the next.   put in line a diode strip away from the car i believe and hen the secound one would go on the striped side of the first diode(brain side) and it's strip should match right up so strip to strip.  sorry that is confusing i think! let me know

Diode isolate the doors...and you need a relay to power up both acc. wires, and both ign wires.
