2002 Cavalier 5spd----Ultra Start 3256M

Well I was trying to not use the 3-pin plug for door locks so I used the arm/disarm to run the door locks w/ relays because the car does not have arm/disarm wires.  I should have read the directions a bit more carefully, apparently it pulses the disarm wire upon remote starting (I should have realized this anyway).  I was sitting in the car to see if everything was functioning.  When I hit the remote start button the car unlocks the doors, starts, and then dies; once it dies it relocks the doors then unlocks the doors, starts, and dies.  I am assuming it was my own dumb *** that caused this problem or is it the gm-u7 data bus?  If it helps any the car runs fine when putting it into reservation mode.  I can pull the key and get out of the car.

Is the security/theft  light( cant remember if it has one) flashingwhen it dies? if it does then you have a passlock problem.

I am not sure about the security/theft light flashing.  It definately has a light, I will pay more attention to it next time.  In the mean time I am going to switch the door unlock wire.
