Use factory remote to disarm only, unlock the doors with factory remote and do not use any more. Also, do not lock doors with the DL switch with the doors open or this will set factory alarm. As long as you don't do these two things you should be ok.

Just did one last night.... fun stuff.
To arm/disarm factory alarm, you need to pull into the door.   Panel is about as much fun as the tilt lever to pull off. White, and a WHITE/ red at the doorlock module in the door (switch assembly).
556HW works well for the key security. Mode 1. You could also use the 555I, as I believe 555H was for older Preludes and the like.

There are arm and disarm wires for the factory alarm inside the car. I have called DEI tech support and gotten them. Not surprisingly, they are at the factory alarm plug.
The 555H does not work on that car. The 556H or 555i will.

Well according to astro chart in canada  the alarm system should be under the driver dash near the cluch pedal  you can remote start the car without disarming the system you need to cut the yellow wire using a relais to the alarm module.
