Hi,

For some reason XM's website for us dealers has lost my name and password so I can't report my sales. And currently my district manager is gone away for a business trip. Has anybody else had any problems with their dealer site?? I was given a phone number from XM to report sales and it is always busy. Nobody at XM knows what is going on it seems. 3 calls and no answers!

I usually just use the fax form and haven't had any problems...
