Sound to me like a bad unit.

This has been happening to me on numerous ford's.... not just this particular vehicle though. All bad units?

i would try ....the 555sw like i said....the 555u ring may be cause some type of problem with the unit......did u call DEI and ask them?

I only see the slam lock being a problem if it just wont unlock and lock but if the keyfab is not responding at all.....then try the 555sw and see if that works to fix ur prob.

Where theres is a wire there's a way.
