Yes, the remote starter unit reattach back when I am making the measurement.
The fan(that blows hot air /Air conditioning through the vents) is running.
2 red: 12.7 V
yellow, orange, purple: 0 V
green (5th relay): # 14 V (measured with the jumper in 3 different positions and even I took if off the module).
Is there something wrong with the green wire?

The only 12volt (+0) that should be at the remote start unit (with everything off) is on the two red wires. Check your orange, green, and yellow wires and make sure they only have power with the key in the on position. If there isn't any power on these wires with the key in the on position then it sounds like you have a on board rely stuck in the remote start. ( I have had one so far this year.)

That is where your problem is. ProStart CT-3400TW, 2002 Toyota Corolla - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image.
Green wire 5th relay should have 0V reading when the remote starter is off. Also, meter the Black yellow wire on the main harness with the remoter starter unit not attach. That also should red 0v without key in the key cylinder.
Solution:
Go to Cdn. Tire and get a replacement on the brain and see if you get a better result.
