I dont mean to double post, but I just realized a few of the recent responses are for "how to wire the second ignition".  I am trying to energize a second starter using the 200mA (-) output on my remote start.  Im going to follow cntrylvr79's response unless anyone says otherwise  Thanks all!.

this is the way i was taught and it works by autosoft, autostart

Now Im a little worried,

I have two conflicting responses as how to wire the relay properly.  cntrylvr79 has it one way.  dea,can has it another way.

Let me be more specific.  I have a 99 Nissan Altima and am installing a DEI562T.  I need to use the small purple wire off the 4 pin harness (- 200mA) to energize a relay to send a +12 volt to the second starter wire.  I hope this helps.  I thank everyone for the responses, but please let me know which ones are correct in my case.

Thanks~!
