Viper 791 no start with key

And try to start it again and it works... So apparently it has a mind of its own. I thought fuses too, the ones for the alarm are good. Car ones I haven't checked because it started working again.....  I also know it doesn't have a factory starter kill, it's only a 97 and doesn't have any power locks. (I have some generic aftermarket that I'm installing once I get the alarm working properly). For now... it works though...

Alright... figured it out... bad wire connection. The green wire wasn't making a good connection, so it would work sometimes... and not others. The orange wire was also part of the problem, because I could hear the relay and tested it while the green wire had a connection. So thank you very much still for helping me with the first part of my problem!!!
