My co-worker showed me how to setup a couple relays for this old school Ford truck. We were unable to find the switch wires, but he knew a for sure way to make the aftermarket alarm work with using just the motor wires.

Anyone know the relay setup? I lost the paper I had originally wrote it down on.

TIA.

Id say its like a 70 something. Cant remember off the top of my head.

Does this setup sound correct:

Pins 87 - Ground

Pins 87a - Motor side of lock/unlock motors

Pins 30 - Switch side of lock/unlock motors

Pins 86 - Fused constant

Pins 85 - Lock/unlock wires from the alarm

Hope you have more info when you install:

That is for a NEGATIVE 5 Wire Reversal and you have PIN 85a & 30 reversed.
Should go like this:

Pin 87 - Ground

Pin 87a - Switch side of lock/unlock motor

Pin 30 - Motor side of lock/unlock motors

Pins 86 - Fused constant

Pin 85 - Lock/unlock wires from the alarm
