This would be a dealer information call. Call your local dealer for the alarm schematics and see if their nice enough to oblige to your request.

I believe the led is built into the guage assembly. I have access to Honda schematics. Let me know if you need anything.

would you happen to know which wires go to the in gauge alarm led?

It looks like the circuit is integrated into the module meaning there are no wires. There is a cpu in the guage assembly called the guage control module. This module "speaks" to the network of computers in the vehicle over communication wires which you cannot interact with. If you're trying to use this led with an aftermarket alarm, I don't think it's possible. If you're trying to turn off the led while remote starting, you have to disarm the alarm during remote start by sending a ground signal from the remote start to a certain wire.
