Can i use an Ainet receiver with an M-bus cd changer,Alpine create a interface to do it?

I think that they made an AI Net to Mbus but not sure about the other way.

Ther is not a cable available taht does this. Converting the new Ai-Net to communicate with the old M-Bus langauge is not available. It's like trying to play a cassette tape on a CD player.
