could you have an additional relay that was activated by a keyless entry door unlock or door lock switch that shut the vehicle off?

I don't see why not.  Its all in how many relays you want to use, and how much time you want to put in to designing the system to work around your needs.

What kind of ignition are you working with (1, 2, or 3 ignition wires?).  Is there an accessory wire (or two)?  Is it just a simple one wire starter?

Why not just buy a system that doe what you want it to do- The ones I use offer 12, 24, 36, or 48 minute run time, with options of infinite run time (till gas runs out) programmable from the remote-it is from the crimestopper line

I just looked at crimestopper and they only advertise a 12-48 minute run time

I think i have come up with a custom made remote start that will work. I am downloading software to draw a nice picture of it and then i will upload it to see if yall think it will work properly. I used https://www.the12volt.com/relays/relays.asp to figure this out.
