well i just got a 300zx tt and i soon want to make a fiberglass enclosure for it so ive been reading all the stuff in here to get some hints on building. i was curious, does anyone have any pictures of good enclosures for hatchback style sports cars. id like to build some sort of enclosure for 2 12" subs, an amp, and a disc changer, possibly a capacitor on the other side to even out the flow of it with the disc changer. also, how would i built it so that it would take up all the space back there? should i try a smaller project first? how much should i expect to pay? what kind of paint should i use? could i use plastic paint like krylon fusion and then clear coat over it?

First off a picture would help people out. I've neve made an enclosure that big nor do I have the desire to do so but I would imagine you would build it pretty much the same way as in the tutorial about building a fiberglass box. It's the same strategy just made a lot larger.
use as much mdf as possible, then mold the sides of the car, then stretch fleece over mdf rings that are shaped according to your needs.
A lot of your quesitons i'm pretty sure are answered in various places throughout the forum but it does take some tedious searching. Also i'd get familiar with google and cardomain and other places where you can find pictures of installs. I've spent hours looking for enclosures that I've liked for my hatchback foxbody mustang, I came up pretty empty handed unfortunately...I'm picky though.
When you say expect to pay do you mean pay for materials?
