As long as the hands free kit has a (-) output when receiving a call then yes it's possible. That would normally be the wire connected to a mute wire on a stereo.
But I can't help but ask why??

The only problem with using the mute (-) from the phone kit is that it  is a constant it will just blare the horn, full out, for the duration of the ringing. You would have to get  some sort of Sound generator. Speco used to make a speaker that generated the sound of a phone ringing when it got a negitive input. You would also need a relay to drive a horn. I can only guess that you want to know when the phone rings when you are not in the vehicle.
