I am having a hard time trying to hook up a bluetooth in a vehicle that does NOT have a mute wire on the radio.   I am sure there is a way to take the mute wire lead from the bluetooth and use it to trigger a SPDT relay to temporarily interrupt the ignition wire for the radio, then repower it back to normal after the call is finished.  Any diagrams would be great!

85 mute from bluetooth, 86 power(ign, acc, or constant), 30 input of acc wire going to radio, 87A output of acc wire to radio. Just like a starter kill relay in the relay section to the left.

Excuse the spelling in the diagram, too late to edit it now.
