I previously owned another Pioneer deck I forgot what model number, but in order for me to use the subwoofers, Id have to go into the menu and select them to be on. Now I have this TV/DVD unit and every time I press the menu button, no menu shows up. When Im watching a DVD though and press menu, a different type of menu shows up. I tried sliding the switch on the left side from navi, audio, and dvd pressing menu on each with no luck. I cant remember the model # off the top of my head, but I just wanna toss this out there just in case someone can tell me quick fix.

Maybe i hooked my RCA's into the wrong plug, and the deck doesnt see the inputs?! Thats the only thing I can think of now...

And yes, Im sure the amp and the sub is in working condition.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

there is probably a turn on for the sub, it is common on most pioneers. Try turning the stereo off by holding the source button, then press or press and hold the function or audio button and see if a menu shows up. Also try the same thing with the stereo on.  You can also download the manual at pioneer's website.
