[QUOTE=raab3485]...put my Viper remote start in my...5 speed (very unsafe) ...with some experimentation...if you remote start...prone to driving itself across the street...sputters forward a couple inches and stalls. ...with tach it...move several feet   (Neither of these scenarios lead you to think "This is unsafe either way I do it? Maybe I should get a starter designed specifically for manual transmissions.") ...just wanted a failsafe just in case (sounds safe to me~Yikes!)

Thanks in advance

in my 03 wrangler i just unplugged the plug leading from the clutch and stuch a small fuse in there so its as if it would be pressed down all the time...   auto start works and i can start the car without pressing the clutch now        be carefull not to leave it in gear!!

Okay, with my jeep I have a factory bypass for the clutch no biggie. But for some reason the 555c will not program. Any ideas? 03 Jeep Wrangler.
