Does anyone know where to get the wires harness connectors that plug into factory plugs so you do not need to splice into the Ignition wires?  I have seen them mentioned before and i was curious about their price and availability.

Thanks

This is the only place I have seen them :

Has anyone else used them? I'm curious to hear if they are worth the cost.

I belive that www.crutchfield.com uses Omegas interconnect harness.  I have not used them but they look like they would save time and all the wires in the harness are oem wire gauge.  They might be sorta expensive.  Brian

Ok I must be retarded, I cant seem to find them at Crutchfield, and I have looked at the Bulldog site and the T-harnesses look like they use connectors that are more or less the same as T taps.   Maybe the picture is bad, but they dont look like what I am looking for.  Has anyone seen them on Crutchfield.  I think I saw a post from a guy who sold the Omega harnesses. but I wouldn't be able to find it.

On the Bulldog t-harness you actually unplug your ignition harness and plug in the t-harness and then your ignition harness plugs back into the t-harness.

Have you used them yourself?  Are they pretty slick?  I guess thge picture just doesn't do them justice.  I didn't see the vehicle I was interested in one for so i might be out of luck there.  Any other info on the Omega or any other brand?  Also do the bulldog t-harnesses allow for a starter kill relay or do you have to cut the starter wire anyway?

i have a box of 112 doorlock and main igntion harnesses, all made by DEI. I have a list if your interested. Most are 93-96 Ford models. all mains are pre wired with SK and terminate with older style DEI 12 pin plug. all DL's terminate in the DEI 3 pin DL plug.

I used an Omega harness on a Camry install for a neighbor back in 97 with a Crimeguard alarm, never stopped working, never needed service and he used the crap out if, he was in outside sales, so he drove everywehere. I have to say i was impressed with the reliability. But then again, i installed it Factory Harness Connectors -- posted image.

Where did you get the Omega Harness from?  I am looking at one for a 2001 Chevy venture.  It doesn't sound like you would have one in your DEI stash.  ANyone else know where to find the Omega harnesses
