How do you find the wire on a four cylinder(2.2 liter?)Cavilear.  I was told it is a white wire off the coil pack and will draw 1 to 4 volts when running. The wire I check only has .46 volts and does not change with engine speed. Any ideas?

Are you checking AC voltage? it should be somewhere around 3vlt ac and change with speed. Also, it might be a PURPLE / white wire.
