Just wondering everyones thoughts on using this for midBass in the doors of my Ford Contour. I dont want anyone to confuse this with midRange. I just ordered the(XR650 CSI 6.5)components. Do the 6W0 sound good? Is there something better? I dont want to spend over $300 for midBass. Also, I plan on going for a 4 way system.

I have a pair in my car running as mid bass. from 65hz to 400hz. I have the 8ohm SVC version and Im actually running them at 8ohm. They arent getting much power but they sound very accurate and clean. I love them.

The 6W0 is more meant as a  subwoofer, not a mid-woofer. The midrange respone is good, but not great. The mid-woofer of the XR650 system is MUCH better at reproducing mid-bass (100-300Hz), due to the smaller diameter V.C. and lighter weight of the cone/V.C. assembly. JL Audio does make a 3-way setup -   http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_components.php?comp_id=121 and they are sweet-sounding.
