I have installed a Valet 562T rs in a 06 Accord. The only thing I haven't hooked up is the (-) output for the rear defogger. Should I connect the blue/white defogger output wire to the yellow/black wire between the defogger relay and defogger switch shown in the center of this schematic? It shows the y/b wire on the ground side of the relay (C401 is a 20 pin brown connector under the drivers side of the dash, the y/b defogger wire is at pin #6)? Would this be correct?

Yes, that looks totally right, and it sounds like you've really done your homework, too!
Obviously you wouldn't want to just connect to a wire at random just because it's the right color...... you want to test it first...... find the wire that makes a ground when the defroster is on...... and it will probably rest as positive with the defroster off.
Since you're only triggering a relay in the Honda, you shouldn't need any relay of your own....just a direct connection.
I'm not too familiar with the terms used in the DEI install manual, but you'll most likely need to program your output for steady-on or "latched," not "pulsed."

In a large harness running down the drivers kick, from the fuse box. You will find a big BLACK / YELLOW. Hit it with a POS(+) trigger LATCHED for around 6 to 8 min.
