I pretty sure it's ignition timing. The delay between ignition and crank is very short. Seeing tthat it's a diesel and you're doing a 160, program the internal wait-to-start for 5 seconds. I assume that you didn't create a delay based on the fact that these trucks have ISS glowplugs. Is that so?

i didnt run wait to start wire as the viper 160s have a build in wait timer. I initially had it on 25 seconds. now its on 15 seconds. The light has not cut on so far today. luckly the customer is leaving the vehicle for the entire week. I think I'm going to try to turn it down to 5 seconds, and see. Thanks for all of you help. What a pain this has been. I never throw lights....... until now.
