sounds like an awesome system.  L7 12's?  Those things will slam damn hard trust me.  I have one 15 L7 in my car running off a 1000 watt rockford amp bridged.  this thing shakes quarters off the table within 10 feet.  L7 12's slam hard too cause I use to have them, but the 2000 versions.   You will definately need to have a capacitor or 2.  Yes  that is definite.  Also you will need a distribution block with a 0/1 gauge input and 2, 4 gauge outputs and one 8 gauge output.  I dont know where you cant get one of these, you can find one though Im sure.  YOu can put some kind of sound dampening in there, maybe some rockford noise killer spray or some dynamat if you want to contain the sound.  In a truck this is NUTZ  2 L7 12's, this will make your stomcah ache!  other than that Im sure you will slam out everyone at your school. I do.

my truck has another tray for another battery and it already has a 180 amp alternator s i'm thinking about droppin an optima red top or yellow top. i'm tryin to stay away from the caps if at all possible.  and as for the distribution block i hae one aready with the 0/1 in and with 3 4 gauge outs, plus it has the digital volt meter built in. It was like $50 off of ebay. I'm hopin to blow away everybody. I'm prolly gonna brown  bread the whole interior, and diamond plate the subwoofer boxes!! hehe there gonna look so pimpJustin

Just make sure that you flush mount everything possible. The head unit, the subs & the amps. This will make for a killer install when everything is flush and the lines are all smooth through out the truck. Make the system flow as best you can and try to use combonations of materials for your finish and try not to stick with a common theme as this bores the eyes & the mind. Mix it up and then your going to be pimp'n !!Jeff
