i am trying to program Optional output for button #2 on my CompuSTAR to stay latched. I did like tha manual said but it still just toggles. Any tips to help make this work?   LIke the 1 way transmitter or 2 way?

You could use a compuprogrammer it's designed for them it's the easiest way but you need to go to a dealer for one

Maybe like 5 bucks or so. Not really sure i've never had anyone come and ask for me to do this for them. But i don't think they would depends on the shop owner though

what remote do you use to do the programming?  the 2 way or the 1 way remote?  which is the easiest?   I'm gonna try again in a few.

figured it out after holding buttons 1 & 4 then pressing button 4 6 times I wasn't waiting for the lights to flash 6 times then press 2.
