Just installed the viper in a 06 silverado and when the key is turned on the brain will click for about 20 seconds then quit, the motor will not crankwhen turned to start . When the fuse is pulled from the power to the box it will start with the key. I can't program the bypass either. I used a GMSL first then i tried a GMDL-BP.

about your alarm, it seems like when you are hearing the clicks, thats the parking light relay clicking. you can see your parkinglights flash (if hooked up).

the reason you cant turn on your car is b/c of the starter kill.

you have to disarm the alarm first.

Note: You Always Dont Get What You Pay For.

Starter kill wired backwards, maybe?

This unit is r/s only no starter kill. When i pulse the H1/3 WHITE/ blue remote start activation input to ground the truck will start.

are you sure your wiring is correct? all ignitions powered?
