take a jumper wire and put one end on a positive source (battery)then put the other end on the ignition wire(cut away a small part of the insulation).It helps to have alligator clips on the end of the jumper wire.

is a jumper wire a special wire or just a wire the same gauge as the ignition wire?

hook up the remote start.  Now when you go to programn the interface use a decent thickness wire. Jump on your connector for the remote start the ignition and to the 12 volt power.

Ive got a 99 chrysler LHS and a ungo rs6000.  When i activate the remote start the car will start then die a few seconds later. Sould i change the tach wire or any other ideas...Thanks
