I have a 1991 Chevy Caprice that I am customizing. I am wanting to change the single din into a double din to put a Jensen VM90121TS in.  Any suggestion on the best way about making this change? Any easy tricks that would cut down on the mistakes?

just depends entirely on the car and what exactly is around the radio opening. if you are unsure of the ease of this modification, just do a flip out type radio

The only problem with doing a flip out radio is that on this caprice you have a lip on the dashboard which restricts the tv from folding all the way up. But this is my own car so I'm trying to flip some new cusomizations for the summer.
