Is it a 5 Speed manual transmission? If it is, you have to make sure that you do the clutch bypass modification, depending what brand you have, you either have to give the clutch switch a (+) or a (-) to the hot side of the switch. If you have it all wired up, make sure that you don't have 2 ignition wires that have to be powered up in the sequence. If you have 2 ignition wires that have to be powered up, and you only have 1 hooked up, that might be your issue.
Does your starter turn over?

sorry for not bein around latly.

i got the R/S working. turns out that my unit was telling me that i had the wrong ignition wire because the cranking time was too low and the unit thought that it was not starting due to an improper igntion wire.

got it all sorted out, and now it works like a charm!!
