Hi installing a code alarm remote start/alarm in a 2003 Hyundai Tiburon (MFD 08/02). Got everything working except the security bypass found a module from peripheral electronics that I don't have to lose a key on. It is unit XK05 and is programmed with the PKHY1 firmware. Problem is I am supposed to find the wires for the security led and cut them and use the wires from the xk05 in between. I have found the data wire right up by the ign cylinder (if I remember correct it is blue org) but haven't had any luck with the security led. Any info would be greatly appreciated or if you know of another bypass I can use that doesn't require the loss of a key.

The factory security can only be armed/disarmed with the factory transmitter. As far as the transponder .....

yellow/black pin 20 on the left side of the column.....in a 30 pin connector. This is you security light wire. (factory security light LED)  This is the hard way.....I would rather loose a key.
