I posted a topic about this in k20a.org and this board a yr or two ago.
I am sure Jeff(velocitymotor) remember when i posted this but i never had a chance to test it like the way he mentioned. I am still trying to find someone locally for a quite awhile now but ppl that i talked to uses K-pro ecu($1000??).
In a condense form for swap in car w/o chipped key like em1, eg, dc2, etc...:
-use bypass 555I, PKH3, or 556H.
--the bypass will be wired directly to the ECU. find it in the K20a.org board
-ECU must come w/ appropriate key
-must have access to 01+civic, tsx, rsx, or CRV vehicle.
-put in the k20a2 or your objective ECU and key into any vehicle above.
-install the bypass and program. take it out and put it into your swap and wire the bypass directly.
Thats the idea. Must have ability of installing remote start and read some wiring diagram to do this.
thats the whole idea but it was never been tested.

another method may work, that is to use tranponder antenna from civic, tsx, rsx, or crv and wire it to the ECU and tape the corresponding key to it.
the first method is very unique, you can put a button somewhere and press it to activate the bypass prior starting. thats a form of security that I recommend for all k-series swaps.
