Its one channel? But has two sets of hookups? Doesnt make sense, looks like a two channel. If its a two channel then yes, the positive from 1 side and the negative from the other side is how you bridge. What amp is it, model?

Bridging an amp takes 2 channels and makes them 1. Your amp is a 1 channel amp    you can not bridge it.

there are several companies now that have two sets of terminals on mono amps so that its easier to hook up multiple speakers.  and they are correct, the amp only has one channel...there's nothing to bridge.

Mono amps are already internally bridged. B/c it has 2 sets of terminals (if it's 2ohm stable minimal) then hooking 2 -4ohm speakers (one to each terminal) is the same as hooking 1 2ohm speaker to either terminal.

Actually I know someone with that amp and it is a mono amp and SAYS on it that if you do like he said, far left positive with far left negative, makes it bridged. He ain't lyin. Rockford must be.

"far left positive with far left negative" -This would be one 'side'.
