lock acc?

I just bought a "inwells RT9292USA" 2 way alarm and starter. However manual is not good. I has autoarm feature, but something is happening.. at first it can not start with the control, and second is that after turning on the car with the key, after some time the alarm is armed, and activated the alarm. I am suspecting of a cable that is called: "To lock ACC" that I am not sure where to connect. Is a tiny cable, because there is a formal ACC cable with big size. So, any ideas where the "to lock ACC" is going to be connected? For starting the car there is just: +12v,groudn, ACC, START and ON.. (there is no ignition), and a cable that is coiled on the high voltage coil.

no need model of car,   i discovered that "to lock ACC" is just an acc signal.. How weird, if you have already connected the ACC for remote start of the car, why you need another cable just to sense it? Well, that problem is solved, i Just can not have remote start the car, and I think because you have to actually "coil" the cable to the high voltage coil... and I don't think that's a good way to get tack signal from the car... well, is not a very smart design of the alarm, however what you can expect from the cheapest one on EBAY..
